Missing Operating System when launching Win7

Hi All,
I am trying to launch a Win7 64 Bit Guest OS which is already installed on my triple boot MacBook Pro from Mac OSX Snow Leopard Host. However, I am always getting "Missing Operating System". I have mentioned the step I have take to do the same. Also I have attached the content of gdisk, vmdk & the vbox file created.
After starting VirtualBox, get "Missing Operating System"

" First eject BOOTCAMP from Finder
sudo chmod a+rw /dev/disk0s2
sudo VBoxManage internalcommands createrawvmdk -rawdisk /dev/disk0 -filename bootcamp.vmdk -partitions 2
sudo chmod a+rw bootcamp.vmdk bootcamp-pt.vmdk
