Guest additions installer won't appear?

I'm trying to get windows 98 to work on virtual box. So far everything is perfect but I just need to transfer one folder to it. I know that your supposed to go to install guest additions to begin, but when I click on the install guest additions tab, nothing happens. I looked on the my computer section of windows 95 and it has virtualguestadditions inside it. I click it and nothing happens. I go to storage on windows 95 on virtualbox and see the virtual guest additions there. I click on it but it says something about a CD-ROM iso file only. Please help I have absolutely no idea what to do and I know NOTHING at all about computers so I need some detailed advice. Also, is there some type of alternative way to transfer files besides guest additions? Please help and thanks so much for your time.

There are no guest additions for Windows 95 or 98. See the Tutorial for help
