Create img file from floppy disk

I use img files for virtual floppy disk reader in VBox.
With the install VBox, is there an utility to create img files from fliddy disk?

No. Nor does it have a tool for making images of hard disks or CDs. Tools of that nature either commercial or free can easily be found using Google.
