gives the extension Pack USB 2.0 Speed or only additional functionality?
Some USB-Download I often do needs ~1s native, ~10s via virtual Box.

How is this in general with USB-Sticks as example

No USB2 Speed. Maybe depending on what you copy. I checked it sometimes ago, there i get 30 % related native performance.
