Games run slow & full screen isn't working

Dear reader,
Since a few days I've installed virtual box and I'm really satisfied about it. It works great! Currently I'm running Ubuntu Lucid Jynx (10.4) en Windows XP (sp2). I'm running Windows XP as a back-up OS for Mac OS X, which isn't compatible with some internet protocols or files that I need to view. Plus, on windows XP I can play a lot of older games which aren't supported on Mac OS X anymore, since they've removed the PowerPC (PPC - classic environment) support since version 10.5.3 (leopard).
So, I want to run Dungeon Keeper en Diablo ll in full screen mode. The problem is the following:
When I start windows, everything works perfectly. I can few movies(tried 360p 'till now), watch YouTube movies and check my e-mail. When I try to play a game though, like the two games described above, virtual box just flips! My cursor starts to slow down really bad and controlling a game like that is just not done. The graphics work fine though. I tried to lower the megabytes used by the graph card in the Windows environment (from 128 to 30mb!) but it didn't help. By the way, what I do not understand. I have a Macbook Pro running two graph card (1 on board, 1 AMD) which hold 288mb & 256mb. Why is my maximum graph card usage 128 mb in virtual box? The on-board card is the one usually turned on.
Also, when I enter fullscreen mode the screen stays black and it just doesn't work anymore!
I hope some of you might help me. I would be very happy if I could at least be playing Dungeon Keeper in a few days!
Kind regards,
N.
