Windows 7 with Samsung Omnia 7 via USB

Hi,
I am using VirtualBox on my Macbook Pro with OS X Lion (10.7.2). I try to connect my Samsung Omnia 7 mobile phone with the VM (Windows 7) but it can not install drivers correctly. On my host system everything's fine. I tried it on another system with Windows 7 as host and guest system. It's the same problem. I also installed the extensions for USB 2.0 and USB devices.
Can anyone help me please?
