AMD PCNet PCI II (Am79C970A) and Windows server 2003 x64
Where can I find the drivers to use this NIC? I want to use it for limiting to 10mbps the connection. If there is any other way to do this please tell me. Thanks in advance.

Finding drivers for 2003 x64 is not easy, but there is really no point in looking. Installing a 10M driver in the vm will not limit its throughput to 10M. The actual speed will depend on the physical NIC it is linked to in the host.
