audio problems" The Device Cannot Start (code 10)
I have a VM with Windows XP and High Definition Audio Device on it, I installed a full version of Driver Robot and it installed a driver for it but I continue to have issues with Sound not working on the VM even with the correct driver!! (Driver Robot never failed me before, so this HAS to be a VirtualBox issue!!)

I'm not sure -- Intel HD Audio works fine with Vista/7 guests.

The VirtualBox HD audio is for Windows Vista and newer. AFAIK It will not work for Windows xp.
