[Question]Independent Mouse

Hello to all,
I would like to ask if the scenario below is possible:
My host is running Windows 7, guest is running Vista. I have a AutoHotKey script (a program to do mouseclicking and moving + keyboard). However, the script uses a lot of programs so it is a hassle installing every single one on the guest.
My goal is to run the script on the host PC and switched to my guest to surf Facebook while waiting for the script to finish. I do not want to run the script in guest. I am using dual monitors.
I tried doing it but it was unsuccessful because I can't switch from the host to the guest and move my mouse independently.
May I know how this can be done? My apologies if this question have been answered. Pls point me to the thread if this qns have been answered before.
