Some times I'm using Disk2vhd to have VHDs of some of my computers.

When I want to operate them in VBOX the machines stuck at start up (in loading drivers I think...) Do I have to use Repair Disc to fix Windows StartUp? Is there no another way?

Usually all you need to do is start in safe mode to be able to change the drivers that do not match, but in some cases yes you may need to run the repair disk.
