The problem I have is that when I run Windows 7 in virtualbox I don't see the whole screen. The bottom part is not shown, i.e. I cannot see the start menu. Maybe this is because VirtualBox assumes a normal screen? I'm running this on a laptop so the screen is "wide".

Any suggestions?

Install the guest additions.
