I am running a virtual Win XP on my OS 10.5.8. My computer crashed and I get an "inaccessible" message when I open VB.
it says:
Cannot attach medium '/Applications/VirtualBox.app/Contents/MacOS/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' {db286417-7808-43b1-94f8-ef710e4be5b9}: medium is already associated with the current state of machine uuid {37c4a97c-cf90-4615-a9cf-ccd426384dd3}!.

please help !

I would check in the virtual media manager if he show faults and or detached it from that machine
should be set as CD in your machines setup.

I had to remove it and then to re-install, but it helped !
