Regarding keyboard capture and USB devices

I've been trying out VirtualBox, and a couple of things are bugging me. Is is possible to disable the capturing of the keyboard altogether, so that even when you press the host key, it will not capture the keyboard? I just find that it is annoying, as when I hit F3 while the keyboard is captured, the Mac will not show all windows. Also, Parallels can automatically eject a USB device from the host and connect it to the guest without the need to manually create filters or manually eject the device yourself. It will also reconnect the device to the host once ejected from the guest. Can VirtualBox do this?
