High cpu while playing game(s)

Host: Windows 7
2GB of Ram
Intel core i3 2.40GHZ
Intel HD graphics(sharing RAM with the cpu)

Okay so while playing games(last was Risk 2) on the guest, it uses 70% of cpu, and on the host it uses 25-30% cpu(most is used by the kernel, why?)
On top of that the game is slow, slow to respond to mouse/keyboard, video card refreshes the screen really slow. and I don't know why.

I have 2GB of ram, 512MB allocated for the Guest, Video Memory is 16MB, it uses 1 core(I have two cores but each of them is divided to two logical cores so the maximum is 4 in settings).

That's it, please help me!

2 GB of RAM and W7 as Host, that's asking for problems. Windows 7 prefers to have 2 GB for itself. Add the crappy video card (just face it, Intel video cards, especially those integrated in the CPU, are not made to run games at all) doesn't help either.

As for the CPU usage, games are known to consume 100%. Back when I played Diablo II, it would use 100% CPU on a P3 800 MHz, 100% on a P4 2,4 GHz and 100% on a dual core AMD FX-60 running at 2,8 GHz. This will not change. The kernel time you see is just that, the VM using CPU. That is running in the kernel because it needs access to the physical hardware.
