I'm trying to have the "Auto-resize Guest Display" (Host+G).
I installed the guest adittion. It still grayed-out.
What is the problem?

If the auto-resize is grayed out then the guest additions were not installed (in the guest) or they failed.

Go to the CD and install the guest additions. Not every PC with auto-run work. When it is installed you will see the process installing. If you don't see it getting installed then it is not installing.

Indeed, I run "VBoxWindowsAdditions.exe" and it worked.
