How to set non-4:3 resolution

Hello,
first of all, sorry for my bad english...

Now here's my problem:
I'd like to set on my Virtual Windows XP machine a 16:X resolution, but in Display Properties i can choose only 4:3 ones.
I've got the guest additions installed on my system and everything works correctly, but I don't want to work in fullscreen and i can't use a not standard resolution (set by a manual windows resize for example...).
Now I will explain my problem with some examples:
- when I use my 19" (1440x900) monitor I'd like to set the resolution @ 1280x768, but when I go to Display Properties the maximum proposed resolution is 1024x768 (4:3!)
- when I use my 24" (1980x1200) monitor I'd like to set the resolution @ 1650x1080, but when I go to Display Properties the maximum proposed resolution is 1440x1080 (4:3!)

Anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance,
Omar

Just drag a corner of the window until it is the size you want.

That or use the VBoxManage command to set a videomodehint. See the User Manual for more information on the command and it's arguments.
