Sorry if this has been asked before, I have a quick look but could not find anything.
Is it possible to compress a virtualbox machine to reclaim disk space on the Host OS.

Host OS - OSX Lion & OSX Snow Leopard
Guest OS - are XP & Ubuntu

any tips would be great,
