ISO's?

ISO's?

please excuse my noobalicious posts but i could not find the info i needed anywhere else.
i was wondering if i could use an ISO to make a machine instead of the actual disk because i want to makea virtual machine of my ipod but i don't have a disk like i do for XP and 7

That is what is written in the User Manual, is it not? Check the chapter about virtual storage.
