iSight driver install error (Windows 8 guest on OSX Lion)

I am using VirtualBox 4.1.6 on OS X Lion and wanted to test drive Windows 8. I followed the install instructions (available easily via google search) and was able to successfully install it. I also added the Guest Additions pack. The iSight camera is detected and I can mount it from the Devices -> USB menu. However, the camera does not work at all (tried using Skype). When I looked at the Device Manager, it said that drivers are not installed. So I used the BootCamp drivers and installed the iSight drivers. During the install process I get an install fail error.

Anybody have any recommendations or thoughts on what's goin wrong?

There is no point in installing the GAs because there are no GAs for Windows 8. I don't expct to see any before Windows 8 is released (which is still a fair way off. There has not been even a beta release yet).
