Use USB-3G modem on Win7 guest?

Post by sltrOlsson »

Hi! New to the forum an to VB so bare with me! :)

I've installed VB with win7 as guest on my brothers MacBook. When i installed it i used my own wireless connection and didn't realize that it would be problems when he toke it home to use his 3G dongle.

So, how do i set it up so that windows as guest can use it? Do i bridge it?

Btw, i have no clue what version on VB i'm using. The only thing i know is that it's 4.1.4

If the Win7 guest is configured with "NAT" networking it should still have Internet access when the 3G connection is active on the Mac host.
