internet not working on Guest (after update to 4.1.6))

after I updated to 4.1.6 the internet will not work on any of my VMs... I currently have 3 VMs with XP as hosts, and none of them will connect to internet after update....

Were the guests shut down before the update (not saved state)?
Did you reboot the host after the update?
