No display bar on XP guest

Post by cassius »

I've installed Virtualbox 4.1.2 and the extension pack on ubuntu 11.10, and created the windows xp guest. It runs correctly, but the menu bar (where devices appears) doesn't show, so i cannot see my shared folder.
Any help?

Menu bar, hmm, let's see, doesn't Ubuntu come with that useless Unity interface that hides it from plain view, and you have to move the mouse cursor to the top 'panel' to see it?

Unity or Gnome3?
The title menus are listed in the top menu bar not the program menu bar.
