I'm getting the subject error during Windows XP (Home Edition) install on a Windows XP guest machine. I've attached the complete Vlog file, which I combed through and can't really pinpoint the problem, though the ERROR term appears near EHCI - USB Suspended part of the log.

Try with the ram set to 1024 and uncheck IOAPIC
