ERROR: Could not add mxGUI Harddrive to VirtualMachine

Hi,
I been using virtual box for a year on OSX, running a windows XP VM, no problems.
I've recently added another machine and I'm having problems adding a hard drive. This is what it says...
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine mxGUI.
Could not open the medium '/Applications/mxGUI.app/Contents/MacOS/mxGUI-system.vdi'.
VD: error VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND opening image file '/Applications/mxGUI.app/Contents/MacOS/mxGUI-system.vdi' (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND).
Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Component: Medium
Interface: IMedium {53f9cc0c-e0fd-40a5-a404-a7a5272082cd}
Can you help me make this work?
