Emulating the Break Windows key on a Mac

Hi,
I have a Windows XP virtual machine running on Mac OS
I need to do the equivalent of Control + Break key together using a Mac keyboard.
Control key has a direct Windows equivalent of course - just missing the "Break" key.
Any help would be appreciated.
