Kernel Panic - VB-ubuntu-OSXLion

Kernel Panic when interacting with ubuntu as virtualmachine.

Current version VB on my OSX 10.7.2 is 4.1.4.

Anyone any suggestions what to do?

Your description is not clear enough. Which kernel panics, the host (Mac OS X) kernel or the guest (Linux) kernel?
