Diff between manual and simulated input?

Hey guys,

I'm wondering about the process of sending keystrokes to a virtualmachine.

If you send key A with your own finger and Key B is a simulated keystroke, will there be any distinguishable difference between them from the virtual machine's end?

No.
(using 'vboxshell' you can actually send some commands to VBox guests.)
