Win7 64bit failed - VT-x enabled.

Hi-
My question might be outdated to ask but I can't get any clue to solve.
I've got the message "Attempting to load a 64-bit application, however this CPU is not compatible with 64-bit mode."
I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - the Lucid Lynx 64bit,
VirtualBox 4.1.4,
Dell Optiplex 960 - intel Q9550,
BIOS is set in four sections; Virtualization, VT for Direct I/O Access, Trusted Execution, and one more.
I have a Windows7 - 64bit sp1 cd.
Is there something that I missed? Please guide me to resolve this issue. Any suggestion would be great.
Thanks,
Roe
