my now System is windows 7.....my tvtuner is winfast tv2000 XP...I installed XP3 on Oracle VM VirtualBox...and now I want to install winfast tv2000xp on VM VirtualBox.....please help me .....and now that I want to add hardware to VM VirtualBox of tvtuner winfast tv2000xp...because Windows 7 is not supporting my tvtuner...

As far as I know not even VMWare have a PCI Passthrough

Would work if its been a USB device.

If it's a PCI device, then you can put it in your VM if your have a VT-d capable VM. But, that's only possible on Linux Hosts. And Linux probably works with your TV Tuner anyway, so there's not really a reason to put it in a VM to get it to work.
