I'm experiencing with several guests on an OpenSuse host with the most recent kernell, just updated yesterday. Since I have around 7 guests I'm starting to run out of space in my partition (SDA7, Ext4), so by trying to create a VDI on SDA2 (Ext4 as well) for Android v0.3 or Debian 6 for example (but I've been trying with other OSs as well), I keep getting this error:
Result code: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (080BB0004)
Component:Medium
Interface: IMedium....(...).....
Any ideas? I edited /etc/fstab with "user" parameter for SDA2 but didn't work, and I'm far from being a Virtualization expert.
Thanks for your comments.

Re: VERR_ACCESS_DENIED
You need to learn about the file system permissions instead. This is a problem where you don't have permissions to write files on the partition. The mount option doesn't matter, check the mount man page for it's use. You need to chown the folder to your user using root privileges before you can write to it as normal user. See Google for more info on that subject, this is not the place to discuss that.
