Mac OS X 10.6.8, VirtualBox 4.1.4, Fedora 16 x86_64.
I'm having a problem where pressing, e.g.: F2+alt+control will work once and drop me from Gnome into a text console. But then I can't get to any other console, F3+alt+control, or get back to Gnome with F1+alt+control like I can on physical hardware (same computer is dual boot with same state of Fedora 16 including recent updates). Any suggestions?

Re: Function keys
That appears to work 1 in 10 attempts or less. Compared to 0. So it is an improvement. But most of the time when I return to Gnome with F2, the screen is totally shot (see attached). I can restart gnome but that blows away what I was working on.

Re: Function keys
If I push the left-command key first, then Fn+control+option+F2 or F3 or F4, this works. However the text console appears as text only temporarily and is replaced by a portion of the GUI from tty2 in the actual VM window. But in the VirtualBox application preview section which shows the display, this drawing anomaly doesn't occur. So there's actually a disconnect between the preview shown and what's actually displayed in the VM window.
If I go to the View menu and change to Fullscreen or Scale mode (or back), the VM window temporarily looks correct, but within 15-30 seconds it's replaced by a portion from another console and then I can no longer see what I'm doing. Pretty sure this is a bug.

Re: Function keys
Appears to be fixed as of 4.1.6. Can be marked as solved.
