Win XP Pro Base System Device Driver

On my host computer I'm running Win 7 64 bit. I have Virtual Box on it and have installed Win XP Pro. When I start Virtual Box and Win XP starts, I'm getting, " Windows XP found a new hardware device, launched the new
hardware wizard listing the device as "Base System Device" and prompted
to either look for the driver automatically or look for the driver in a
specific location. Automatic searching for the device driver failed to
locate it. " I tried putting the XP original install CD in the CD drive, wouldn't recognise it.

Any help welcome.

Never thought that the driver maybe installed if you install the VirtualBox Guest Additions? Read chapters 4, 4.1, 4.2 and 4.2.1 of the User Manual for more information.
