Virtualbox Bluescreen (DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION)

I am using virtual box version 4.1.4r74291 on Windows 7 SP1 Host and Windows 7 Guest.
Recently I noticed that every single time I shut down a Windows 7 Guest virtual machine I would get a blue screen saying "DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION"
