Problem with USB

Hi guys,
I'm working on Mac Lion and I use VirtualBox 4.1.2 ( plus GuestAddiction ) with Windows 7.
Today I connect my Zune HD ( Mp4 player ) but VB didn't recognize the player ( I NEVER had any problem, this is the first time! )
You can see the problem in the screenshot above.
Someone have any idea to help me?
I tried to reboot Windows and VirtualBox and I tried to reboot the player too, but never changed!
