Strange display problem when booting Win7

When I start my Win7 session within VirtualBox on my Mac, I get a normal-sized startup screen...but it immediately shrinks to the screen size which I've attached her as a screenshot. Anyone know how to fix this strange issue?

What happens if you use your mouse (drag) to resize the window?

It simply resizes the mac app window, but the Win7 area stays the same. I've attached a screen shot. Thoughts?

Have you installed the guest additions (in the guest)?
