I run a VB on my Windows Home Server (kernel from Server 2003) to operate my Linux Smoothwall Express router. Randomly, days to weeks between events, the VB just crashes and disapears from the host OS. No issues with the host, it keeps on running and just restarting the guest will get it back, without issues. If it's any help, here is the very end of the log file from the last session that died this afternoon:

Any ideas?

Happened to me when I was testing pause's effects on outlook and our LOB.

Perhaps IDE? Grab the Intel drivers and switch to SATA... I'm yet to try.

I was testing pause because it is presumably the same effect to users as taking a snapshot.

THis is my log, but I actually have no idea what the time stamps are so I don't actually know if this is the error from when it happened
