Failed to open a session

Hi

I have just updated virtualbox to the latest version and when I try and run the guest os (XP) I get an error message

"Failed to open a session for the virtual machine xp. Failed to load \\\\vmmro.ro
Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_LDR_MISMATCH_NATIVE).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: Console
Interface: IConsole {1968b7d3-e3bf-4ceb-99e0-cb7c913317bb}

Any idea what this means?

Turn off Driver Verification in Windows host re-install VirtualBox and try again.
