Java crashing my Win7 VM?

Seems like there is a random event tied to java that causes my Windows 7 VM to reboot. Several of my administration tools are java based, UNISPHERE for administering Dell/EMC SANs, that cause the VM to crash and reboot. No messages display prior to the VM rebooting. After this crash, the VM will not power on, it hangs and has to be closed and rebooted a second time to get the VM up again.
