How to have a different IP address on guest?

Hello! Sorry for the newbie question, I'm new to virtualbox.
My host os is windows 7 64bit, guest is server 2003
Is it possible to have a different IP address on my virtual machine? if so, how? i tried searching, but couldn't find anything
