I have Windows 7 running in a VM on my macbook. I'm wondering if there is any way of using this same Windows 7 with Bootcamp. Say I installed Bootcamp on my mac and booted up my machine, is there any way of telling it to access the Windows 7 in the VM? Thanks.

Unless the VM is using raw disk access to a host partition, then no.
