How can i start a virtual machine on pc start up

hey , hope i m asking this in the correct place

i m working with virtual box and i need to be able to run a certain virtual machine( XP ) on PC start up

i could not find information about this ability

please help

i forgot to mention , i am using a host machine of XP or WIN7 and i want to run a guest virtual machive of XP on computer start up

run program

VBoxManage startvm "WinXP"

located under installation folder
