Change default network settings to bridge network

Post by onpint »

We are trying to change the default adapter configuration when creating a new virutal machine. At the moment everytime a new virtual is created the network adapater defaults to NAT. This causes us to go into the network adapter settings and selecting bridge network everytime we create a new virtual.

We would like to have Bridged as default when creating new virtuals as opposed to NAT.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

No method currently exist to make it a default, except compile VB yourself. Either change the setting by hand each time or run a command to change the configuration to bridged by using vboxmanage.
