I have been trying to get maple story to work on my Mac for the past 12 hours, moving from parallels, VMwareFusion, Virtualbox...I can't take it anymore, Ive used all the tips given in forums across the internet, using wined3d, putting the extras on to enable 3d support. All in safe mode. I just can't take it anymore, can anyone give a simple, easy to follow method to get this game working in Virtual Box, PLEASE

We are not game experts here, we are experts (we hope) in using VirtualBox. If the game company is still around then they are the ones you should approach for technical support on the game itself.
Incidentally, there is no guarantee that games will run in any VM platform, or Wine. Games tend to make unusual use of PC resources, and put those resources under unusual stress. If they do work then count yourself lucky. Often however they will only run successfully on native hardware with a good graphics card.

Using a game in a a vm is like driving formula 1 with a bicycle.
Start the game native, all other approaches are crappy by default.
Except: Some old games may work in a vm, WINE to start Windows Games on Linux.

BOOM!
Get Windows on BootCamp or a PC and it will run. Some games are just not meant to run on a VM.

If the game uses DirectX <= 7, then that explains why none of the software you tried works: neither VMware, nor Parallels, nor VirtualBox implement it.
There is a terrible hack you could try -
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=25939 - but I haven't had much success with it myself trying to get a different game to run.
