Hi all,
I'm having problems removing media from the VMM. There are 3 items listed. Two of them have no snapshots, the last one has 2 snapshots. When I right-click any of them, including the last snapshot, both Release and Remove are grayed out. Is there something else I can do to remove the media?
I got into this situation by running out of space on a hard drive and trying to move things over to a new drive. I ended up removing the drives from the VMs, but now I can't re-add them because they are listed as already being registered in the VMM.

Re: Can't remove media from VMM
What you describe is that the media is loaded in one of the snapshots. Only way to get that fixed is to remove the snapshots. Hacking the VM settings file can be done, but is not for the faint of hart. You could potentially loose the VM.
