Problem with VirtualBox and MacOS X Snow Leopard

this is my first post and hope to post in the right section..
I have installed and used virtual box many times on Mac OS X host without problems. Few days ago, i had this problem with an Ibook where i had installed virtual box to virtualize Windows XP.
I attached an image to show you the problem..
There is a way to fix it without reinstalling Windowx XP?
