[SOLVED] What happened to the buttons in VB?

I use v. 4.1 and the buttons are gone:

Point your cursor a bit to the right of "Help" and right-click the empty space. Do you get a menu? If so, you probably need to select "Show Toolbar."

Bumping this topic is pointless unless you provide some kind of feedback. Did you try what steverily suggested? Did it not work?
If not then what is the actual problem? Are the icons missing, or are they different somehow then what you had before?
