[SOLVED]add another disk or anlarge the first

Hi,
I fnaly installed my VM (host debian, guest Win XP).
Now I would install some other sw over XP, but VB told me that there isn't more disk space. So I have to chance:
- add more space to the actual disk
- create another disk

It' almost a day that I'm googling to solve this prob. I'm unable to solve

Can someone show me some street to follow?
