when I run a game under VBOX 4.1.2 ,it pop-up The following tips "sorry,this application cannot run under a virutal machine". three days ago, it run perfect.
How to Solve?
in VMware ,set monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "true" AND disable acceleration for binary translation can avoid the above tips.
Help for this Tips ,About a game!

Dont know exact howto. But look in the manual, there are some VBoxManage Commands to simulate native hardware (topic "dmi").

If the game throws such error, and it didn't in the past, then either something on the VM side changed, or the game got a patch and it now checks if it's in a VM or not. The latter cannot be solved, except running the game native. The game creators obviously don't want you running it from a VM, probably due to debugging/reverse engineering possibilities. Hence we won't help you with that.
