How increase memory on guest windows server 2003

Good afternoon, I want to know how can I increase the memory from 512 Mb to 1.5 Gb on guest windows server 2003 r2? Ineed it because I need install Oracle 11g on that guest system. Is possible increase the memory without create the virtual machine again?

Why not looking in the vbox guest settings before asking this?

You can change everything without new installation. Its like a real machine. For changing RAM the machine must be powerd off.
