Please attach a VM log and a minidump for the crash like I mentioned earlier. Without that information we won't be able to help.

There is no usable log (see VBox.log.crash.after.update.GA.2.log) just a crash.

Here is some Dr. Watson log of Win XP host.
Sorry, my system is a hungarian system, therefore a lot of messages are in hungarian.
Search "HIBA" (means ERROR) in log files, you can found it 8 times. There are 7 ig4icd32.dll occurrence, and 1 VirtualBox.exe.
Maybe it will help...

Intel might list support for a certain subrevision of opengl, however, that doesn't mean its the case.
There are several 2.1 extensions that are part of the 2.1 spec but aren't required to gain 2.1 validation.
Intel's drivers to this day still report invalid support for Render to Texture (FBE's) which causes a large performance hit on framebuffer rewrites (as the pbuffer is not capable of direct writes)
As a matter of fact, the SB IGP is opengl 3 validated, and still has no support for render to texture extensions.

Unfortunately I don't have enough technical skill to understand details. The only thing what I know that If I install a W7 to my laptop, Aero is working, but If I install the same W7 in virtualbox on the same laptop, Aero is not working...

Aero is a Direct3D9 interface (with d3d10 enhancements on 7)
on virtualbox, Direct3D9 is emulated via opengl 2.x/3.x

Okay, maybe I understood.
But...
1) I have a clean Win7 without any installed programs, without installed Guest Additions.
2) If I start the VM and I install the GA then I can use Aero. I can switch to an Aero theme, I can use Solitare for many minutes (I won 5 of 5 games

), etc.
3) I save the VM.
4) After a Resume VM will crash and aero is not usable anymore.
This situation is totally reproducable.

I gave up Intel Graphics+VirtualBox combination several months ago. Usually I do work with my laptop, Aero is not a thing to die for.
But last chance....
I updated my Intel GM45 driver to the latest version (6.14.10.5420) + Vbox version 4.2.4r81684 => Working Aero!
The performance is not impressive, but at least it's working...
